Subject: Suspicious Package at Sun Prairie High School

The investigation into the suspicious package at the Sun Prairie High School has been concluded.

The sealed package contained two high end calculators and a textbook. The initial investigation shows these items are school property and were dropped off at the front entrance of the school by school aged person.

The package was deemed suspicious because of the time of day the package was delivered, how the contents were packaged (see image below), staff not being able to recognize the subject, and not being able to identify the package’s contents.

The Sun Prairie Police Department would like to remind citizens to report any suspicious packages or activity to your local police department for investigation.
