ROSEMEAD COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER TO OPEN AS COOLING CENTER ON JUNE 20 AND 21, 2016
To provide Rosemead residents with relief from the heat over the next few days when temperatures are expected to break triple digits, the Rosemead Community Recreation Center facility will remain open to the public from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, June 20 and Tuesday, June 21. The facility is located at 3936 North Muscatel Avenue.
Services available to Rosemead residents utilizing the City's Cooling Center include opening seating in lounge, restrooms, and drinking fountains. Meals and beverages will not be provided and must be furnished by the patrons visiting the Cooling Center.
