4 things you can do to prepare for the heat.

1. Drink plenty of water. Keep water with you at all times

2. Find a cool zone - If you do not have air conditioning, most malls, movie theaters, and stores do. Spend the high point of the day in air conditioning.

3. Help others - Be mindful of children, pets, and the elderly. Check on them and make sure they are drinking water.

4. Have a plan - Please make a plan for this upcoming week. Contact family members and neighbors and share your plan.
