On Friday, 04/29/2016, the victim's storage locker was broken into at a Public Storage facility in Daly City. The loss was sports memorabilia and other miscellaneous items including the victim’s credit card. Later in the evening, the below depicted subject made a fraudulent purchase using the victim's credit card at the Target store in Daly City. The suspect also used the victim’s credit card to make fraudulent purchases in Antioch, Brentwood, Pinole and San Francisco.
