Butler County - Flash Flood Warning until 4:15pm 
The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for central Butler County. Radar indicated a nearly stationary thunderstorm producing in excess of 3 inches of rain since 1pm and has caused flash flooding in Hamilton. Heavy rain is continuing to fall and the thunderstorm appears to be moving towards Oxford.
