5/24 – Angela Winfield, 40 of Centreville, charged with Driving While Suspended. Thomas C. Chappell, 34 of East St. Louis, arrested on a St. Clair County misdemeanor domestic battery warrant. Incident occurred at Washington Avenue & Jefferson Avenue.
