Needles - Two suspects arrested for Child Endangerment, the home is found to be unsafe for the children to live in

SUSPECT(S): Tiffany Jenson, age 22 of Needles
James Nagel, age 44 of Needles
SUMMARY: On Friday May 27, 2016, at approximately 11:57 a.m., deputies from the Needles Police and Sheriff's Deparment were dispatched to a house on the 500 block of Acoma Street, in Needles following the report of two (2) abandoned children. When deputies arrived on scene, a three year old child and seven month old child were found in the residence. The parents of the children were found asleep in a bedroom. The interior of the residence was deemed unsafe due to animal feces and human waste. A foul odor was emitting throughout the residence. After further examination of the residence and speaking with the parents, both were arrested for Child Endangerment and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Bail was set at $100,000. The children were released into the custody of Children and Family Services.
