Be on the look out for a black 1998 Dodge Dakota, KS tag 619JCL pulling an 16-18 foot rust colored car trailer with a skid loader 
Vehicle was last seen in the area of US 169 and 2250 with a blue and silver tarp covering it. The driver of the vehicle is a white, possibly Hispanic, male with no shirt and a black ball cap.
