Lewd acts with a minor, kidnapping, furnishing a minor w/controlled subst., annoying and molesting a child, and indecent exposure.

On Friday, April 25, 2016, at 12:30 PM, Corcoran officers met with Child Protective Services personnel  regarding a child molestation case.  A female juvenile, age 9, disclosed she was molested by a family friend approximately 4-5 years ago while living in the 1700 block of Dairy Avenue.  She said on one occasion, while her parents were gone.  Anthony Macho had forced her into a room and locked the door.  The juvenile said while in the room Macho exposed himself to her.

The juvenile also stated Macho had offered her Marijuana and watched her smoke it.  The juvenile told officers she became scared and ran away. Officers interviewed the victim's 11 year old brother and 17 year old sister. Both juveniles disclosed to officers Macho had exposed himself to both of them and had also offered both of them narcotics.

Macho was arrested at his residence in the 1000 block of Hale Avenue. He was booked into the Corcoran Police Department Jail for three counts of molesting a child, three counts of indecent exposure, three counts of furnishing a minor with a controlled substance, and kidnapping. He was later transported to the Kings County Jail where his bail was set at $960,000.00 dollars.

The three juveniles have since been removed from their parents.
