The Kern County Sheriff’s Office, on behalf of the Delano Police Department, is asking the public’s assistance in locating Tessie Mangohig.
Mangohig was last seen on April 29, 2016 at about 2:30 pm at her home in Delano. She suffers from a medical condition(s) and may become disoriented.
If anyone has information on her whereabouts or locates her please call the Delano Police Department at 661-720-2275 or the tip line at 661-721-3369. The lead investigator is Delano Police Department Detective D. Bursiaga.
