Detective charges Rodolfo "Rudy" Gonzalez, of Marion, with two felony child sex offenses 
Detective Paul Alkire of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Rodolfo Velino “Rudy” Gonzalez, 34, of 164 Holly Street in Marion, with one felony count each of statutory rape and taking indecent liberties with a child.
Gonzalez is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with two different victims – ages 6 and 7 at the time – on two separate occasions approximately a year ago.
One of the girl’s parents reported the incident to the Sheriff’s Office, which eventually led to the second victim.
