Corcoran Police Officer Honored for DUI Arrests 
On Wednesday, April 27, 2016, Corcoran Police Officer Patrick Jurdon was recognized during the Central Valley MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) Recognition event held in Fresno, CA. The event recognized officers from Kings, Tulare, Fresno, Madera and Merced Counties. This event was sponsored by MADD and the California Office of Traffic Safety. Officer Jurdon received a plaque from MADD honoring his outstanding contribution to help stop the crime of DUI. Corcoran Police Officer Patrick Jurdon made 14 DUI arrests during 2015. Corcoran PD would like to remind the community that law enforcement everywhere needs their help with reducing the number of DUI drivers on the road endangering the public. We encourage everyone to call 911 if they see a drunk driver.
