The Covina Public Works Department advises you to AVOID the intersection of Grand and Badillo on Tuesday May 3rd between 6 AM and 4:30 PM due to anticipated lane closures associated with water main repairs. Traffic delays in the area may occur and motorists are encouraged to take alternate routes if possible.
