OSBI Agents Arrest Teenager for Murder in Payne County Homicide Case 
Thursday afternoon, OSBI agents arrested a Stillwater teenager for the murder of Mario Smith, Sr. earlier this month. Agents arrested the 14-year-old girl on a first degree murder warrant as they and Stillwater police officers served a search warrant at 1311 South Fern in Stillwater. Smith, 45, was found dead inside his Ripley home April 21, 2016, by a family member.
