Jose Ledesma has been located!! 
A citizen noticed Mr. Ledesma in the area of Blossom/Meekland and notified police. He was taken to a nearby hospital for assessment, due to his previously existing medical conditions, where he was reunited with his family and is expected to be released. The Hayward Police Department and Ledesma family would like to thank the community and our partners in the media for their assistance during our search for Mr. Ledesma.
