CAN YOU IDENTIFY THESE FRAUD SUSPECTS?? 
On Monday, 3-18-16, at approximately 630PM, the below depicted suspects were “shoulder surfing” at a local bank ATM machine in Daly City. The suspect(s) withdrew cash from the victims account by using the ATM machine when the victim forgot to close her transaction after withdrawing her money.
The suspect(s) are described as a black female adult in her late 30’s, approximately 5’9” and weighing approximately 170 lbs. The second suspect is described as a black or Hispanic male adult with facial hair.
