Pree Nicholas Charles was just spotted by Sheriff Victor Hill's elite Fugitive Squad at the Forrest Park Farmers Market located on Frontage Rd. and a man hunt is now on going.
Charles is to be considered armed and dangerous. He is wanted for shooting at the the woman who is the mother of his child and has stated he would not be taken without a fight.
