Learn how to monitor the weather, how to receive and understand watches and warnings, and how to PREPARE yourself, your family and co-workers for severe weather.  This program is perfect for students (middle school and up), parents, scouting groups, amateur radio operators, emergency services, public works, police, fire, schools and anyone else wishing to learn about severe weather.
