Camillus Police Department honored by the McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center 
Yesterday the Camillus Police Department was honored by the McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center at the “Shine A Light” On Child Abuse Award Ceremony. The Camillus Police Department, Officer Kelly Grace and Officer Diane Brand were honored with the Children’s Guardian Award for the partnership and continuing education that McMahon/Ryan, the Camillus Police and the West Genesee School District share regarding our CODE Program.
Attending this very special event reinforced my belief that our community is extremely fortunate to have such a wonderful partnership which allows us to educate our children and prevent and identify physical/sexual abuse of children right here in Camillus.
