The Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office requested OSBI investigative services Monday night involving a death inside the county jail. Rebecca Anne Roberts (d.o.b. 6/27/1957) was found unresponsive inside her cell at approximately 10:30 p.m. She was pronounced dead at the scene. As is protocol for the jail, the sheriff’s office requested OSBI investigate the death. Agents arrived on the scene and conducted numerous interviews. Roberts was booked into the jail March 23, 2016, for a probation violation. The medical examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
