Deputies arrest probationer for Possession of Stolen Property and Violation of Probation

INCIDENT: Possession of Stolen Property
LOCATION: 600 Block of West Broadway
SUSPECT: Timothy Willard, 48, resident of Needles
SUMMARY:
On Thursday, April 7, 2016, Deputies from the Needles Police and Sheriff’s Station, made contact with Timothy Willard. Willard is currently on felony probation for PC 30305(A) (1). A probation search of Willard’s residence lead to the recovery of stolen property from several locations within the City of Needles. Willard was arrested and booked into the Colorado River Station Jail for Possession of Stolen Property and Violation of Probation.
