Couple arrested after four children in home test positive for methamphetamine
Detective Lynn Greene of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged 29-year-old Kimberly Dawn Lowery and 27-year-old Nathan Todd Vallini, of 81 East Hunt Drive in Nebo, each with four misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
Greene said four children – ranging in ages from 4 to 12 – living in the residence with the suspects tested positive for methamphetamine.
An investigation began last month after a relative of one of the kids filed a complaint about possible drug use in the home.
