Road construction affecting Cleveland and 11th starts Monday 
On Monday, March 28th, underground utility work affecting Cleveland St and 11th St will begin. 11th St between McKinley and Grandview, including the intersection with Cleveland St, will be closed to through traffic. Residents are advised to avoid the area. The project is anticipated to continue at least through July.
