LOCATION: 4000 block of West 105^th Street, Lennox

UNIT: LASD Homicide Bureau - Lieutenant Corina

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives responded to the 4000 block of West 105^th Street, Lennox, to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a male infant.

South Los Angeles deputies received and responded to a “baby not breathing” call. When deputies arrived, they noticed the baby was unresponsive.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The cause of death will be determined by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner.
