Snowfall over the basin over the past 48 hours along with near freezing temperatures have resulted in recessions in upstream tributaries. Weather conditions over the next several days will remain cool and dry. && The Flood Warning continues for The St. Louis River At Scanlon.

* Flood stage is 10.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this morning and continue to rise to near 10.9 feet by tomorrow early afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage by Monday morning.
* At 10.5 feet...Minor flooding occurs near Scanlon.. This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.6 feet on Apr 26 2008. &&
