8 year Old Kayla of Kayla's Kovers; a project to provide blankets tot the homeless was recently recognized as KNX1070 Radio's Hero of the Week. The honor comes in recognition of her work to collect blankets for the homeless.
In partnership with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Temple Station over 300 blankets were collected, far exceeding her goal of 50 blankets.
