Evansville man arrested on weapons violation charges 
Evansville Police arrested 34 year old DADMAN ROBINSON for illegally possessing two weapons and driving without a license during a traffic stop on Tuesday afternoon.
Robinson was stopped in the 600 block of Lincoln Ave for a traffic violation. During the stop, it was determined that Robinson was driving without having ever received a license. While checking him for weapons, an officer found a loaded handgun in Robinson's pant pocket. Robinson does not have a personal protection permit.
During an inventory of the car, officers found a shotgun that had been modified into a handgun.
Robinson was arrested for 2 counts of Possession of a Handgun Without a Permit and Driving While License Never Received.
