U.S. Marshals caputured Everett Fitzarthur Smith yesterday who was one of the Top Ten Most Wanted for allegedly killing Mr. Ladell Johnson at 3110 Dana Dr, College Park, GA using a 5lbs dumbbell as the murder instrument.
