UPDATE, 10:15 P.M. Mr. Tapia has been located. Thank you for your assistance. ____________________________________________________ Police are looking for 82-year-old Martin Tapia, who was last seen at 7:30 a.m. today, Feb. 25, on foot in the 4100 block of E. 9th Street. 

Martin Tapia is a white male who is 5 feet tall and weighs 170 pounds. He has white hair and a white beard and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a black and yellow coat with Mickey Mouse on it (like in the picture) with khaki pants. He speaks only Spanish.
