Sheriff's Homicide Detectives are looking for witnesses in a deadly stabbing in Fallbrook. It happened on January 22, 2016 just before 11:00 p.m. in the 400 block of Ammunition Road near an Albertson's grocery store.
Three men in their 20s attacked and stabbed Hugh Pettigrew as he was walking home. He died from his injuries at a hospital on February 9th.
In the surveillance video, the three suspects can be seen walking in front of an SUV. A car was also seen pulling into a parking space as the suspects were returning to their car. Detectives would like to speak to the SUV and car driver as witnesses.
