Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of a male adult that occurred on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at approximately 10:48 a.m.

Detectives have learned that the suspect and the victim were involved in a mutual physical altercation.  The victim sustained unknown trauma to the body and was pronounced dead at the scene.  The suspect was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for his injuries.

The cause of death will be determined by the Los Angeles County Department of Coroner.

The investigation is ongoing and there is no additional information available at this time.
