Teh Tze Lee, Age 44, Male, Asian, 5'-11", 141 lbs., medium complexion, black hair, brown eyes, wearing a baseball cap, dark green/ light green windbreaker, and grey tennis shoes. Has a light green dragon tattoo on his left arm.
Last seen: Residential Care Facility at 1415 N Garfield Avenue at 11:00AM Saturday January 23, 2016.
Missing became angry and walked away from the non-secure facility. He suffers from schizophrenia and in need of his medication.
