236-6 Removal of Snow and Ice
The owner or owners, tenant or tenants of lands abutting or bordering upon sidewalks shall remove all snow and ice from the same within 12 hours of daylight after the same shall be formed or fall thereon. Within the Boulevard business section, normally cleared by the Department of Public Works of accumulated snow, the sidewalks shall be cleared to within one foot of the curb.

236-28 - Snow, garbage and waste.
No person shall place or deposit snow, for the purpose of disposing of the same, in or upon any public street or road, public sidewalk or between the street curb and any public sidewalk
