Cleona Borough Travel Ban 
Cleona Borough Mayor Brian Burke has enacted a travel ban on all Borough Roads for all non-essential vehicles effective immediately. The travel ban will end at 5pm on Sunday, January 24th. Violators will face fines and penalties.
This travel ban does not include State maintained roads which are subject to restrictions enacted by the State of Pennsylvania.
