– Windy conditions. 
Snow squalls may impede travel with poor visibility.

TIMING:
- Wind Chill Concerns Wind chill issues begin Tuesday afternoon
- Conditions worsen Tuesday night into Wednesday morning
- Back to 10s in the mountains on Thursday afternoon

IMPACTS:
- Tuesday: 0s to slightly below zero mountains, 10s/20s elsewhere
- Late Tuesday into Wed. AM: as low as
-20s mountains, 0s elsewhere
- Gradual increase back into the 10s mountains, 20s elsewhere


IMPROVEMENT:

– Improvement by Thursday temperatures will increase (10s mountains, 20s elsewhere)
