Lanne Baldwin, 24, was arrested last night for shooting and killing his estranged wife inside her Taloga home. Wednesday, January 6th, Dewey County sheriff’s deputies found Cassandra Baldwin, 26, dead of a gunshot wound inside her home at 417 N. Francis. Lanne Baldwin had also been shot, but he was alive. He was transported to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Last night, OU Medical Center police officers arrested Baldwin on a first degree murder warrant and booked him into the Oklahoma County jail. Dewey County sheriff deputies will transport him back to that jurisdiction. The Dewey County Sheriff's Office requested OSBI investigative assistance with this case.
