Hit & Run crash involving a pedestrian 
The Upper Macungie Township Police Department is investigating a Hit & Run crash involving a pedestrian that occurred on Friday 01/08/16 at 5:35 PM.
The pedestrian was crossing Tilghman Street, from the area of the Lehigh Motor Inn (located at 5828 Memorial Road) to the Sunoco gas station (located at 5917 Tilghman Street) when he was struck by vehicle traveling westbound on Tilghman Street. The striking vehicle failed to stop at the scene and was last seen traveling westbound on Tilghman Street. Vehicle parts left at the scene indicated that the Hit & Run vehicle was a red 2006 or 2007 Honda Accord. The vehicle will be missing its passenger side mirror. The vehicle may also have damage to its right front bumper area. The pedestrian is in stable condition at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest.
