The missing juvenile is Caleb Castro; he is a 1 year old, male Hispanic. Last seen wearing a red Mickey Mouse shirt and black and grey camouflage sweat pants. The child is approximately 2 feet tall and weighs 22 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
This crime took place in the parking lot of 1545 Gage Road -
S and A Recycling Center
The suspect approached the parked vehicle, while three children sat in the car. Their mother stepped away - approximately 10 feet and was going to recycle some items. The suspect approached the vehicle, ordered two girls (6 and 4 year olds) out of the car.
The keys were in the ignition, so the suspect started the car and began to drive away. The mother screamed that her baby was in the car, however the suspect fled with the vehicle out of the parking lot and southbound on Gage Road.
The suspect is described as a male Hispanic, 30 years of age, with spiked hair. He spoke Spanish.
