HMPD Arrests women for Prescription Fraud.
On Wednesday, 12/30/2015 at approximately 2:30pm, Hope Mills Police Officers responded to Walgreens on Camden Road in reference to subjects attempting to obtain medication with fraudulent prescriptions. Upon arrival, Officers located the suspects and detained them for further investigation by Investigators from the Hope Mills Police Detective Division. During the course of their investigation, Detectives learned that the suspects were involved in a sophisticated prescription and Medicaid fraud ring and were responsible for multiple prescription fraud offenses in neighboring counties and other states. As a result of their investigation, Detectives arrested Jaime Nicole Oxendine, 36 of the 200 block of Elias Road, Maxton, Anissa Bullard Locklear, 44, of the 600 block of HL Locklear Road, Pembroke, and Joann Locklear, 39, of the 1500 block of Red Banks Road, Pembroke, NC and transported them to the Cumberland County Detention Center where they were jailed for the following offenses:

Anissa Bullard Locklear $75,000.00 bond

Joann Locklear $75,000.00 bond
