Homicide Detectives Seek Public’s Help in Identifying the Suspect(s) Responsible for the Double Homicide of a Father and Son
Who: Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau Detective Lieutenant David Coleman, Sergeant Timothy Cain, and Detective Michael Caouette and friends and relatives of the victims will attend the press conference.
What: Homicide Bureau detectives will discuss the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of 49-year-old Walter Vicente and his son, 24-year-old Andrew Vicente, who were discovered brutally murdered in their home on July 14, 2015, in the 12300 block of Gettysburg Drive, Norwalk. The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and the City of Norwalk are offering a combined $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible.
Walter Vicente owned his own plumbing company where his son, Andrew, worked with him and were planning on expanding the business. Both loved to play the guitar and sing. Walter Vicente was a veteran of the United States Army and served his country from 1990-1994.
