On Tuesday 12/1/15 at around 7am, the Upper Macungie Township Police Department responded to a report of an assault which occurred at Rt. 100 and Penn Dr. in Upper Macungie Township. The actors sprayed the victim with pepper spray. The actors where driving a black Honda Civic 4 door sedan. It was driven by a white male driver. With a white female passenger in her 20’s wearing a navy blue and white striped shirt. The female medium length blonde hair. This incident was the result of a road rage incident.
