On December 2, 2015 at 3:30 pm a 17 year old male walked into St. Louise Hospital with a gunshot wound to his foot. The male victim told the nurse he was in Morgan Hill when the incident occurred. The victim told the investigating officer he got into a verbal argument with the suspect in the area of Spring Ave and Monterey Ave. The suspect pulled out a firearm and shot at the victim striking him in the foot. The suspect is described as Hispanic male between the ages of 17 – 20 years old, approximately 5’7” having a medium build. The suspect was wearing a black sweatshirt and blue jeans. He was last seen running on Spring Ave in an unknown direction.
