Press Release - Assault with a Deadly Weapon Terrorist Threats
On Thursday, November 26, 2015, at approximately 12:00pm, Officers responded to the 1900 block of Dairy Avenue for a report of a disturbance. Upon their arrival, a victim reported confronting a Jesus Serrano regarding a window Serrano allegedly broke the week before. Serrano reportedly assaulted the victim with a pair of pliers and threatened to kill the victim before leaving the area. The victim suffered an injury, but declined medical treatment.
Serrano was later located and arrested without incident at his residence. Serrano was booked into the Kings County Jail and held on $75,000 bail.
