On November 20th 2015 the Morgan Hill Police responded to the 100 block on Thyme Ave to investigate a report of a sexual assault involving a 17 year male victim. During the investigation it was determined 45 year old Suspect Patrick Dauphin a facilitator for the Unity Care Organization associated with Santa Clara County Probation Department, Department of Family Children Services and County behavioral Health Department committed a sexual battery involving the minor. The Morgan Hill Police are asking anyone who may have been a victim or know someone who could have been a victim to call the Morgan Hill Police Department.
