Clarification: The Berkeley Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Interstate 80. 
Updated Message:
On 11-24-2015 at about 10:16 pm, officers from the California Highway Patrol and the Berkeley Police Department responded to the area of Eastbound I-80 between the Ashby Avenue and University Avenue exits for the reported incident.
One occupant of the vehicle was injured during the incident and was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The occupant of the vehicle was injured from the shattered glass of the window. Detectives are currently investigating the incident and are working with the California Highway Patrol.
