Saugus, Zone 4, Public Safety and Crime Prevention Information for the week of 11/09/15 to 11/15/15.

A 2000 Toyota Tacoma was stolen from the 27700 block of Kristin Lane.  The vehicle was later recovered on Artine Street in Saugus. 

Two packages were stolen from the victim’s porch near the 27400 block of Garza Drive. 

A theft occurred from inside a business at the corner of Bouquet Canyon Road/Newhall Ranch Road. The victims red Brighten wallet was stolen from her shopping cart.  The suspect later used one of the victim’s credit cards at an ATM and withdrew $5000. 

A grand theft from a vehicle was reported near the 22400 block of Breakwater Way.  The suspect entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle that was parked in the driveway and stole a brown purse, Disneyland season passes, Leap Frog tablet, make up bag and keys to a 2015 Acura MDX.

A vehicle burglary was reported near the 20700 block of Discovery Ridge Drive.  The victim’s 2006 Toyota pickup was broken into.  The suspect stole $80 in US currency, iPod Shuffle and an Apple charging cable.

There was a vehicle burglary reported from Heller Circle/Laroda Lane, Saugus.  The suspect shattered the victim’s passenger window to gain entry into the vehicle.  The suspect stole a Lenovo lap top, check book, Garmin GPS, and a Sony camera.
