On Saturday, October 31, 2015, at 2:04 PM, Corcoran Police Officers responded to the 1600 block of Dairy Avenue for a report of a victim of an assault. Officers arrived and found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds. Corcoran Police Department Detectives followed up on leads and learned Nahiely Diaz (Age 31), Vanessa Guzman (Age 33), and Frank Huerta (Age 42) were suspects in this case. On November 2, 2015 Nahiely Diaz was arrested in the 1600 block of Dairy Avenue. On November 3, 2015, Vanessa Guzman was arrested in the 1300 block of Whitley Avenue and Frank Huerta was arrested in the 1700 block of Osage Avenue.

Diaz, Guzman and Huerta are being charged with Attempted Murder, Assault with a Deadly weapon, Conspiracy to commit a crime, and Robbery. Diaz, Guzman and Huerta were booked into Kings County Jail and their bail is set at $11,000,000.00.

In addition to the three suspects that have been arrested, Corcoran Police Department Detectives have identified Rudy Zuniga (DOB: 7-21-85) as a fourth suspect in this case. Detectives have attempted to locate Zuniga, however he remains at large at this time. The City of Corcoran is offering a reward for information which leads to Zuniga’s arrest.
