Narrative:
On 11/10/2015, deputies with the Fillmore Police Department received a call for service regarding a suspicious vehicle in front of 250 East Telegraph Road #336, Fillmore (El Dorado Estates Mobile Home Park). From prior contacts at the residence, deputies knew Dale Debrunner and his son, Bryce Debrunner, lived at the location. Bryce was on parole and probation with search terms for controlled substances and weapons. Deputies recognized the suspicious vehicle as belonging to Brian Copeland, who was on probation with search terms for controlled substances.
Deputies contacted the three men at the residence and discovered numerous narcotics and weapons violations during their investigation. The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit assisted in the investigation and a search warrant was subsequently served at the location.
Dale was arrested and booked for cultivation of marijuana, possession of composite knuckles, obstructing a peace officer, and possession of a controlled substance; bail was set at $20,000.00. Bryce was arrested and booked for a parole hold, possession of a prohibited weapon, and being under the influence of a controlled substance with no bail set. Brian was arrested and booked for possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, with bail set at $30,000.00. All three are scheduled to appear in court 11/13/2015 at 1:30 pm.
