Officers need help locating dog that bit child

On Monday, November 9th, at about 5:00pm, a child was walking in the 6600 block of Maywood Avenue, west of Branch Street. The child noticed a man walking a medium-sized tan dog and the child asked if they could pet it. The man acknowledged and the dog bit the child.

Officers are looking to identify the man that was walking the dog and he is described as a middle-aged white male with black hair who was wearing glasses, a black & red Wisconsin sweater and jeans.
