HCSO: Suspect Exposes Self to Children.

(HARRIS COUNTY, TX) - The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children Unit are seeking the public’s help in identifying a male suspect who exposed himself to a child on Friday, October 16, 2015 at around 5:00pm.

A small child in the children's section of the Harris County Public Library located at 19520 Pine Hurst Trail Drive, Humble, observed an adult male exposing his genitals. The child reported that the unidentifiable male was sitting with his legs crossed, penis exposed through the zipper, and using both hands to masturbate. The incident was immediately reported to staff and law enforcement.

The suspect was described to be a white male between 40-50 years of age, about 180 pounds, and 6ft tall. He was observed wearing an orange shirt and soiled denim jeans.

The Suspect was seen fleeing the location in a maroon 4-door sedan, unknown make, model, or license plate. The vehicle was reported to have a bumper sticker on the back trunk area that reads “DECEDENTS” in large block letters.
